Have you run an *ANTIVIRUS* program with up-to-date definitions in each computer to ensure they aren't infected?

  birdface 16:22 29 Mar 2009

Try running your security programs in safe mode.

Looks like you have a trojan that may be hard to remove.
Malwarebytes free might get rid of it but looks like you may not be able to download it.

1)delete all temp, prefetch file from your system.
2)kill all unnecessary program form your start up program.
3)run anti virus in safe mode.

Thanks for all your help.
The issue is somewhat resolved but not entirely.
My PC browser is is now running ok, However the top of my Web page is as follows....
Address Bar
Google Tool bar
..No Futher tool bar with Homepage, History, Favourites, Setting etc inc Internet Options
..and no Tabbed Browsing

-I cannot find 'Internet Options anywhere on my PC.
-Still cannot download anything (though am doing on laptop, saving to memory stick and running from there)
-Cannot attach or open attachments to hotmail email.

Ive bought Spyware Docter for £30 and run that tried SuperAntiSpyware too.

I also have Zonealarm (paid version) and Avg & (free) running too. Though Zne Alarm will not run and I cannot open it to explor and AVg will not update... (Do these 2 conflict with each other)

Any more answers greatly appreciated......

Thanks in advance

Right click the toolbar and tick menu.

Try Alt+v then toolbars then select the ones you want

  birdface 17:18 01 Apr 2009

Avg will not update.Try opening AVG.Tools.Advanced Settings.Manage.Delete temporary update files. And the try update again.
Zone Alarm if that is the full security Suite that also has anti-virus with it.
I would probably see if you can get your money back on Spyware Doctor.

What one of those Zone alarm products are you using. Is it just the here

Hi Buteman

I can't Tick 'Menu' in the Toolbar as the Toolbar is missing completely.
