Hi folks.
I have an e-mail account that is hosted as a account for those of you that understand where i'm going. I've had the account (web based) for a couple of years now and have paid a premium for extra meg space etc.
I've been unable to access my emails either, online, or using outlook, but using outlook,I can still send emails! still with me?...........
My problem is that the site I got the address from has no contact for a webmaster, dont want to know unless i'm paying $20 a month for their service, but I have important flight/holiday details stored within my email account that I neen pronto!
Can anyone suggest where I go from here?
I've tried all the options on but just get bounced out. If the service hase perished fine , but surely I should have been informed of it's demise.
This really is causing us SO much grief that any help would be appreciated.
thanks folks.

Normally the webmaster's e-mail address is just [email protected]

i.e., [email protected]

I have never used but I think if you provide more information about the error messages that are appearing when you try to receive e-mail or login online, then I'm sure we can come up with an answer.
