Help with coprocesor driver on laptop

I had to reinstall my packard bell sw51 laptop with a standard Visa Ultimate. All is well except that it freezes occasionally. In device manager there is ! next to the coprocessor. Is this on the cpu? What can be done?

You need to load the motherboard chipset drivers for your laptop , get them from the link in M E's post above .

All Drivers should load from the Recovery CD or Backup you made
