have wireless access point G700AP plugged into NTL cable modem , vista seems not to reconise plug in wireless where do i go from here? thanks
What connection are you using from modem to computer, USB or Ethernet.
Sorry misread your problem. I will put my brain in gear and re-think.
ok , thank you.
If you are using a USB connection to connect between modem or router to computer then you need to install the software drivers from the CD disk provided. If you use the Ethernet cable then it will connect without software.
i have done that and the only option for download is the acrobat reader and that just a read file? there is no other option to download. I though vista would have a plug and play mode for this model
Check here and see if this is like your set up, if it is what is your connection between router and G700AP.click hereYour set up should be cable to routerrouter to G700APG700AP to Computer Wirelessor G700AP to Computer Ethernetclick here
all 3 lights are on but comp picks up nothing
Your G700AP needs to be linked to a wired router, if it is plugged directly into your modem this will not work. Check again set up click here
