I am using concatenate to put loads of words from seperate cells into 1 cell. How do i get the space though between each word? Thanks.

Is this what you mean?

=CONCATENATE(B2," ",C2," ",D2," ")

How do I put the " " in? At the moment I select each cell then move down to the next one.

"How do I put the " " in?"

On a UK Keyboard, hold down the Shift key and press the 2 key.

I did actually mean how do I put it in the formula.

"How do I put the " " in? At the moment I select each cell then move down to the next one"

You will need to write it out long hand or edit the cell (click on the cell with the =CONCATENATE command in it, this will display the contents in the formula bar (fx) and you can just click into there and edit it).

----
Or as an alternative you could resort to a bit of Visual Basic to get an enhanced CONCATENATE function which will do what you want with a range of cells rather than having to make a manual selection.
