Help with burning ISO file

can anybody tell me what to do with this ISO file

I have been regestered with a web site by my University and I have downloaded a copy of XP Pro with sp2 and got the key with it. The problem is the file type is .ISO, when I copied the file to CD using nero 6 I ended up with a disk with guess what on it? yes an ISO file. Could anybody tell me what I should do.

Find the option to burn an image....

Put a disc in drive, start nero and choose burn ISO Image, close disc so no more can be added to disc when you burn

OK with nero you need to choose the option to burn a disk from an image. If you start nero express its the last one on the list disc image or saved project. Choose that option then point to the ISO image and proceed with the burn as usual.

Heres a guide as well click here

normally you just double click on the smallest file of two (cue) this will then auto start nero and it will burn to disc. will be suprised if fits on one cd though.
