Heat Sink Advice needed

Dear People

Basicly for my sisters pc im considering getting another heat sink. The reason being the standard Amd Heat sink isnt doing enough too cool it. When the Cpu is Idle it sometimes even reaches 55c. Which i think is slighty too hot. The processor is a 1700+ AMD XP. Ive tried cleaning the heat sink and reapplyin the artic silver. But seems to be the same. The Case has 1 exchuast fan at the back system temp is ok at 30c.

Just wondering which heat sink would be best. But not too expensive (£20max) and not too loud? Any recomendations?

Thanks

infamous ...that temperature is perfectly normal!!
My 1800xp runs at 64 no problem and remember.. AMD chips do run hotter than pentium.

Dont waste ya money buying something you dont need!!!!!!!!!!
