I'v recently re-installed xp on a 80G drive. The drive has a partition, 1 20G with windows on and the othre 60G with all my files and folders. After the installation of windows on the 20G partion I noticed that the 60G partion had been converted to Raw file system. I now can't access my files and folders. Is there any wat I can claim back my files and folders from the partion drive or are they lost for good?

Go to My Computer > Manage > Disk Management.

Re the entry in the bottom pane for your hard drive does it say on the left hand side Basic Disk or Dynamic Disk?
