ok i done a search and found a link but i am still a bit confused at all these numbers like 1080 i or p

so far i have gathered that the p signal is better than the i signal is this correct?

also the most confusing part is my dvd player says high def upto 1080i or 720p but i dont understand how it converts the signal from a normal dvd into a hd signal of any sort

i bought batman returns in hddvd and player never played it so this has made me look into all this hd patter.

so if any 1 understands all this hd can u put it on the line plane and simple for me

i will re read the article 2morrow after sleep see if i get more of a grasp on it

but any more simple info would be nice

yh i had anoth read thro them articles and i got bit more of a grasp on them

the p better than i and i found a tv and dvd player to play hd dvd's at 1080p and it amusingly costs only £1800

think i just stick to normal dvd's for now then
