having trouble with a wireless network card- help

im having trouble with a belkin wireless network card. it's saying a file cannot be found during installation. does anybody know what i can do too solve this problem? if so please e-mail me back!!

What file does it say its missing ?, Windows has a nasty habbit of "forgetting" where its installation files are, if its a system file just point it at c:\windows\system32 or c:\i386

thanks a lot but it still hasnt solved my dilema. It's saying the file BCMWL5.SYS can't be found!! I've e-mailed my computed manufacters an they want me to pay £1.50 per minute to solve it. PLease help if you can.
