I get the message "you have either Java script turned off or an old Flash Macromedia's Flash Player". Flash players latest update, and have tried all tools/ internet security advice.I run Regscrub yesturday could that be a problem. Browser is IE7
Found it, it was Regscrub that deleted Java Script
You should update, it is usually the answer. For Flashplayer it is best to uninstall with the Adobe uninstaller first.click hereinstaller click herejava Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 5.0 Update 9 from click here
To confirm you have Java installed its, tools, internet options, advanced tab, find Java and ensure it is ticked.
