Have I been Scammed

I dont know if i can get any help but here goes. I have been subscribing for some time to a free version of "This is true.com" I decided to get the upgrade which is a much fuller version. I sent in the fee 24 quid and received an e-mail giving me a customer number and saying my money had been paid. After 4 weeks no upgrade. I have sent about 20 e-mails but only acknowledgments. No answers. Is it possible my money has been stolen by persons unknown?

Its possible that Your emails are going into their spam folders for security! is it a dating agency?

Hi No its not a dating agency. It is a collection of true news stories from all over, mostly US. It is a realy good site. Very down to earth and intresting. I would recommend it to anyone. The trouble seems to be with the people who distribute it. They just wont answer except with acknowledgement emails saying "Call us if you need help" Very frustating
