I think you are asking if there is a way to connect a wireless router wirelessly to a switch in another room. Please correct me if I am wrong.
The simplest and cheapest way is to forget wireless and connect them with a cable. Drill a hole through the wall, string the cable under the floor boards of the room above and drop it down the walls, tack the cable the skirting boards and run it in through the door jam, etc. Trust me, this is the way to go.
If you must do it wireless, then you need to have two wireless routers that support WDS (wireless distribution system), rather than a router and a switch.
