Has anyone noticed that...

  Stuartli 00:02 14 Jan 2006

...you can't open the first two or three links on a page at present, presumably because of the fancy Microsoft advertisement banner at the top of pages?

Noticed it in firefox no problems with IE thou, it is rather irritating

  dagbladet 00:15 14 Jan 2006

Ironically crx1600 I can't 'click here' for exactly the reason that Stuartli is talking about.

  sattman 00:16 14 Jan 2006

Sorry Stuarti ditto. did not see your posting but you have also noted the problem

  Stuartli 00:19 14 Jan 2006

I was beginning to think that it was the Guinness..:-)

  Kev.Ifty 00:37 14 Jan 2006

Interesting. The 'click here' works fine for me but.. If i use Google. Eg: site: www . pcadvisor, etc. I get no results for new posted links.

Ie: site:click here Has anyone noticed that...

I am using IE by the way.

  Kev.Ifty 00:43 14 Jan 2006

The bit " site: click here has any one noticed that..." Should have been an example of this post searched through Google!

Ie: 'site: w w w pcadvisor. co. uk has anyone noticed that...' Without the gaps.

  dagbladet 00:46 14 Jan 2006

Thats cleared that up then ;-)

  Kev.Ifty 00:52 14 Jan 2006

Glad i could help..

Well i fink i did... DOOH!

I know wot i mean

  CurlyWhirly 00:57 14 Jan 2006

Same here.
Only Firefox seems to be affected and not Internet Explorer which is indeed irritating.

  Kev.Ifty 01:21 14 Jan 2006

Google isn't listing/linking to new posts either. At the mo!

That's what i meant above.

Thought there might be some connection.

All this web site computery stuff, it's too complicated for me.

Cheers Kev.
