Hardware warning messages re voltage and fan speeds

My PC has started giving me warning messages. They are a bit cryptic and I don't know what they mean.

The most worrying is "+3.3V 2.944V" with slight variations on the second voltage. I am also getting notifications that Chassis fan 2 and CPU fan are running at about 600rpm. I have had the fan warnings before and they are usually resolved by a good cleanout/dusting of the insides. Not now and the voltage warning is new.

Grateful for any advice.

This is the Yoyotech system I am running.
