Please can anyone tell me how to fit a larger Hard drive,will i need to re-load everything?

Lond everyhting? Not if your first (master) drive is working and you fit your seocnd disk below your master hard drive. You can fit a second and just add more capacity. There are some good links about use google.

This gives the general principles:

If you are fitting a second disk, then you do:

1) unscrew about 2 screws on outer PC case
2) remove outer case
3) put jumpers (little splastic caps over certain points)
4) unscrew screws holding hard disks
5) connect ide and power to new hard disk
6)insert hard disk
7) and screw back.

If you purchase a Maxtor drive (or you have at least one Maxtor drive in your system) you can use the Maxblast3 software to clone the old drive to the new one. Everything including your operating system. In XP you can clone from within Windows using MaxBlast3win.exe program which can be downloaded for free. The link to Maxtors installation guide is here
