Has anyone used this type of device click here is one example

My daughter has asked me for advice but I know little about them and am wondering about the accuracy, reliability etc.

Any comments would be gratefully received

Alot of these devices store your handwritten notes and save as an image file, fine if you can read your own scribble latter.

What they don't do is convert your habdwriting to text in the form of a document you can later edit.

So there fore i find a voice recorder is better as I'm (or my PA) is going to have to type it later.

Thank you, that's what my daughter is afraid of, she's the PA whose boss wants to use such a device whilst with clients i.e. without typing or voice recording, and she'll have the job of either typing them up or putting them through some sort of OCR programme - which I believe the Pegasus version has when combined with XP.

She's trying to guesstimate the extra workload.

PS Sorry for the late reply but suddenly had to go out.
