Hacked email account.

Recently some dodgy people from china??? hacked into my yahoo email and sent emails to all my contacts RE electronic equipment.
What I am wondering is do I have anything to worry about on my computer?
I scanned with malwarebytes and no infections.
Any tips???
Thanks in advance to any helpers.

the only risk potentially to your pc that i can think of is, if you log into your "hacked" email account, and you read any emails they may of sent, or infact others you receive - be wary. your best bet (sound like you still have access to the yahoo) is to log in, and close the account.

once its been compromised, theres no telling when it could happen again.

also make sure you have no sensitive data in your emails, invoices, passwords etc etc..
