I have a drawing in Word made up of mulitple components which I would like to save and use as a JPG for a logo on a website.
How can I select ALL the components automatically thus ensurring I have them all rather the CTRL and right click and cut and paste into Photoshop elementst to save as one object i.e JPG.

Click on the first component to select it, hold down the CTRL key and click on each of the other components in turn, when all components have been selected that way, right-click and choose Copy and Paste into PSE.

There are so many components is there a way of ensuring ALL are selected?

Sadly I think this is the only way. As MAJ says u select the components which u need, but u also need to look for the small + sign (prior to clicking) to ensure u have captured them all. Then, once selected, rt click and Group. It's easy once u get the hang of it.
