I have a Seimens Li 1818. 1.74 dual core, 2 gb ram, 17 inch screen, PCI graphic card
IntelĀ® Graphic Media Accelerator 950 with up to
128MB shared memory.

was 450 quid a good price for this and can i fix the problem?

Its not the laptop

the laptop can run older Nintendo 64 games, and can easily run all Super Nintendo and Sega Games. it just seems to be the later N64 games. i think these were put onto a bigger cartridge, hence better graphics etc. Also when playing Command and Conquer Red Alert 2, the game periodically freezes, then starts again in about 3 secs. i kind of assumed that a modern day laptop could run these old games easily. i have flash, and have just downloaded the codec pack. but i think its the graphics card...

to be fair the graphics card is pretty poor by todays standards. maybe a upgrade?

how would i go about an upgrade?

ive been searching online et.. and can only find RAM and hardrive upgrades. i have the highest RAM the laptop can take i think and 160 GB Hard drive.

:( and do you think that this is the reason that old games like C&C Red Alert 2 dont work?
