You will also need more Ram, and may not run that smoothly.

You should be able to run the game with more Ram and add low resolutions.

add is meant to be at. Sorry

Will It Be laggy When I Play It??

When I Buy The Graphics Card Without More DDR

  GuZ><0r 19:14 03 Jan 2006

If you only buy a graphics card and no Ram then the game will simply not run.

From the spec that GuZ><0r kindly posted I have to agree. The card you mention will run Doom 3 but you're below the minimum memory requirement you will need to add more to play it. And this card is ok but depending on how much its costing I think you could get better for your money.

Regarding whether you have an AGP slot or not, take the case off and look for a dark brown slot, its about three quarters of the size of the white PCI slots. If you have a brown slot on your motherboard then you can buy an AGP card. If you find this a bit too differcult then download Belarc or Everest to identify the make and model of the motherboard and I'm sure someone will advise on whether you have an AGP slot or not or if its a brand name PC then post the make and model..
