Graphics Card AGP Voltage Help please

  Tinkey Winkey 10:16 22 Mar 2005

I have an Asrock K7S41 motherboard.
The manual says DO NOT use a 3.3V AGP card as it may cause permanent damage!
The manual says the AGP slot is rated for 1.5V AGP 8X

The problem is I have not seen the voltages of graphics cards displayed on any e-tailers or the manufacturers websites ?

I have orderd a HIS Radeon 9550 128MB 8xAGP and would like to know if this card will be compatible ?

Do Graphics cards come at stock voltages ?

Thankyou Santos7,
It seems that the 3.3V VGA Cards that should be avoided only applies to some older AGP 2x & 1x cards.

The Radeon 9550 should be fine !
