graphic card upgrade

i have a VIA/S3G UniChrome IGP [Display adapter] on my PC which i presume is a graphics card and i have been given a inno3d mx(446)tv 64mb agp is it worth swapping to this card i dont do gaming just watching dvd etc

Yes it would make a difference however you never said what PC you have so you may or may not be able to use it. If you can enlighten us a bit more as to what you have we can certainly tell you more exactly what to do. However I am not 100% sure from your post if you have a desktop computer or a laptop. I Think you have a PC but can you please clear that up for sure?

That board is agp 8x compatable, so the graphics card you have been given will be fine.
