Grafix/Video Card

Can anybody recommend a grafix card that can accept an input from a digital video camera.

Already using a MSI GF4 MMX440, 64Mb but am looking to upgrade to something a bit faster amd can accept the video input, if at all possible. Do not want to replace the M/board, CPU memory, YET!!! but would consider something with 8X AGP, I know this would restict its performance but then it would be on tap when upgrading later ;)
Also I love playing Raven Shield so it must be able to handle that.

I have around £70 and my current hardware is as follows:

OS: XP Home
M/Board: MSI KT3 Ultra3, AGP 4x PCI and AGP spare
RAM: 512Mb PC2700
CPU: AMD XP+2100

Any help, advice or links would be appreciated to help me make a choice.
