GPU problems?

Im having some technical difficulties with my pc and Im at my wits end with it. It was running fine up until 2 months ago now I will be lucky if I can log into my MMORPG game EVE-ONLINE for more than a minute as the monitor receives no signal and all programmes crash.

I have checked temperatures of all internal components and GPU only warms up to the max of 70'o and all other components dont go higher than 60'o which should be fine. GPU and Processor fan are running fine at 100%

Current PC Spec:
Intel 4 2.8GHz,
Nvidia 6600GT 128Mb,
2Gb DDR2

Any suggestions i can try before i replace graphics card (which i can only think may be my problem)

Considering the checks you've made and the CPU is not overheating, and no signal to monitor then apart from loose/faulty cable I think you are right to suspect the graphics card.
