I bought it for £399 being as it is refurbished and i ordered Windows 7 for an extra 20 euros.

i have £200 to spend on it, would anyone recommend maybe a ssd hard drive? And more Ram? Any other recommendations please?
Many thanks in advance!!

Save your money. The extra RAM in a 32 bit OS will not be worth it. If the OS is 64 bit then possibly increase RAM but depends on what you are going to use it for. SSD IMO is over priced still and why change a new laptop?

I would buy an external hard drive, for backup use, and Acronis True Image to go with it.

Worth their weight in gold, and should cost much less than £100.

And a good wireless mouse - track-pads are truly abominable.

Thanks my friends.
SSD definitely not worth the effort and price then?
