I have Win XP Home. When I try to access places in the UK I get the error message `Google Earth detected a Network error.Check your network connections etc.`American searches are OK.In network connections in Control Panel it lists 1394 Connections,Local Area Connections and Zoom ADSL.I haven`t a clue how to check my network connections so any advice would be most welcome.

Ensure that you have connected to the Internet before opening Google Earth. If you were already connected, what about other locations? Is it only the UK you can't access?

Posted at the same time as 'he who knows'. This could be an option if you are connected to the Internet when opening the program.
