Google Desktop did not start successfully

Have got this warning by way of a pop up message, when I have started up the PC on each of the past 3 mornings. I have Windows XP & use Moz Firefox. I would like to know if this is a genuine warning please, as I am not aware of anything unusual in the way the PC is working. I can still search using Google. Thanks in advance. I use Eset NOD32 antivirus, plus free versions of Superantispyware & ZoneAlarm.

Thanks Pineman100. Sorry for delay replying but this situation is still puzzling me. The settings seem OK to me and to my son who is more savvy than I am (few aren't!). Nothing about the way my pc works is any different now than before this pop up started to show. The desktop appears as normal and I have not encountered any situation in which I am prevented from surfing etc. The version of Moz.Firefox is 3.1.20081127W. Further guidance will be appreciated.
