When I click onto google there are such a lot of items I have searched for.Is it possible to empty the memory of google so it looks as if I am looking for my first bit of info.

Internet Explorer -> Tools -> Internet Options -> Clear History, Delete Cookies and in Content Tab -> Clear Forms and Passwords.


click on google ,top left of page, clear search history.

type a single letter in the search box
the window will open displaying all searches beginning with that letter.
highlight the first one
keep finger on the delete key to delete all searches in box.
do again for each individual letter or digit.

Assume that you are talking about the Google toolbar. If so click on the little down arrow to the right of the search box and scroll down until you see "clear search history".

Try Disabling AutoCorrect in Word as well as IE (Tools>Internet Options>Content tab) and/or Unchecking Check My Spelling in Firefox's Tools>Options>Advanced tab/d
