Firefox was having problems with quicktime, i got a error message on just about every web page saying quicktime was not installed, i tryed everything reinstalling, installing quicktime alt etc.

i was told i should try deleteing the firefox profile which i did, now firefox will not start up at all, i get a message saying a version session is already running.

also IE does not work ully now, many webpages show only text now and it says flash is not installed which it is

i am using Opera at the moment which works fine but i wonder what is causing the proobs and i would like firefox working fully

any help would be great thanks

remove firefox
run ccleaner

re install firefox and flash player non ie and ie

Try a search for Firefox just in case it has left a file on your computer and delete contents if safe to do so.Then run C Cleaner again and reinstall Firefox.
