I have just bought the GAXP,to replace my Epox, everything installed and running well.Just ordered a couple of SATA drives(120GB)and will be switching the IDE channels off once they are installed.I simply swopped the mobo and XP recognised the various hardware changes, only giving hassle over recognising when the camcorder was connected.

I've got the board GA7VAXP which is the one before the Ultra one and its great, very stable with all the bits you could want for future upgrades. I'd recommend it. An excellent board.

Built one for a friend using this M/B and its a cinch to configure. I can certainly recommend and generally the whole of the Gigabyte range is very reliable.
