Hi, I have on my pc for many years now Norton Ghost 10> 2003 and have never had any probs up till now and have made many a back up, but for the last three mornings I have had to uninstall and re- install to get it to run as it keeps saying your product Licence has expired. I went to support on Symantec and they gave me a download to stop the prob, but I find that it just does not work, I have to keep installing and uninstalling. Have you any ideas as to what I can do, thank you.

i would go back to norton tell them the fix has not worked

Hi, I have tried that but they do not give you an email address to send to, just try repairs if you get my drift.
