You need a cable compatable router, for example, click here

If you visit your local computer shop they will explain what you need.

Hi djbenny,

you will need to purchase a cable wireless route, you then plug your Virgin Media modem into the router and the router into the ethernet port on your PC.

If your laptop has wireless built in when you look for a wireless connection it should show up your new router and just click on conect and that should be you up and running.
