Highlight the whole page and download them to Microsoft Clipart Gallery if you have it. I have put them into the Cartoons folder. If you click onto one of the still ones at the top or bottom of the page, you will be taken to pages and pages of them.

I must admit that I have been using them for some time now, but have never seen the flags that you refer to. I first discovered them when visiting this site during the PCA problem period over Christmas. I found out how to use them from info on one of the pages.

Thanks for this link but I can't get the hang of downloading them. Could you explain it a little further?
