AVG picked up a trogan horse Generic8.LDIit then deleted it when I pressed heal.
I then re ran AVG and found no problems identified.
I ran Spybot - no problems identified
I ran BitDefender8 and it found- Infected Generic.Peed.Eml.94B0A612
Please can you advise what I do as I'm very naive as this is the first time I've had a virus etc identified.

Object path: C;\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Works Shared
File size: 52KB
Healable: No
Source: Backup copy
Status: Infected

I have looked at your responses but still am unsure what to do, please help
