In the past few days I have tried to download quotes from car insurers and whrn I try to download the documents they give a garbled message and ask which encoding I want to use. There are 3 options Windows(default), MS Dos and "Other encodond". O've tried all 3 - running through ALL rhe optional encodings but end up with unreadable text. Can anyone tell me how I can cure this problem. More importantly - what is causing it? Please.

Hey all! The penny's dropped!! Instead of opening my downloads I saved them in my documents - THEN opened them with Adobe Peader X and I'll got my document. Thick!
