I am contemplating buying the following Laptop. Has anyone bought this laptop or has any knowledge of it please?

I will be using it mainly for editing pictures from digital camera and editing video from the digicam.

I am in Spain and is priced at €899 inc (App £630) Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Get a look at it on Monday because theres going to be a language difficulty
I would appreciate any advice as to whether it's worth it at that price etc.

Big problem for Editing Video on a Laptop, Is you are limited by the Onboard Graphics, But by the looks of the above the PCMCIA slot takes a 1x Express Card slot (34/54mm) Also it as three USB, but No Firewire. Most Good Video Camcorders use Firewire

Is there such a thing as a plug in Firewire Card Etc? I assume that apart from No firewire the rest of the package is OK! at that price.

Yes you can get a PCMCIA Firewire Card That's what I use 2 port

Will buy this tomorrow. Will have to wait a couple of days for it though while the Install UK version of Vista Premium.
