FS2004 & Windows 7

Hi everyone and a Merry Christmas to you all.

Recently bought a new pc with Windows 7 and have to say after a bit of a learning curve I am VERY impressed. I always thought XP was good (skipped Vista) but this a huge improvement.

My question is- Is FS2004 compatible with Windows 7. I have binned a lot of my old software with no real loss but this I would like to keep.

Also, what about Word 2000-worked fine with XP but not sure about the latest OS. I don't want to blindly try installing software without some idea if it will work or not without finding out the hard way!

Many thanks for any help.

Have a good one!

Office 2000 which includes Word 2000 is fully compatible with Windows 7 (32 and 64 bit).

Not sure about FS2004.

Tried Word 2000 on Win7. It worked but for some reason my CPU usage went to 100% when opening it and above 50% on idle without opening Word.
Since uninstalling then back to normal.
Could be just my set-up.

Thanks for the tips. Guess I will just have to try it and see.

Thanks all.
Word installed without a problem. FS2004 said it was incompatible but using XP mode was all ok.
