my friend is having problems displaying a site called sunterra at click here

she has AOL on WinXP Home SP1 Packard Bell machine.

We have tried by installing the Shockwave Flash pluggin which didn't help and now I have looked at the sites FAQ's and read that it requires Internet Explorer v5, 5.5 or 6 or better but thing is how about AOL ? Something to do with Cookies.

Does anyone have any suggestions or if you have AOL could you please try this site for me. The website is not laced with pop ups its a Time Share site.

Greatly appreciated for any help and Happy Bank Holdiday to all PCA Forum people.

It may not be much help - but I had no problems with the site using FireFox.

I'm not a expert with AOL and all I might say now might be complete and utter rubbish. If you connect to AOL using the AOL connecting thing you should then be able to open internet explorer and browse the internet using that. I'm not 100% sure however. Sorry I can't be of more help

Gold~Chip~Bitt,

As Nelmon2k suggests, you can go online with AOL, and then minimise it and open up I.E.

using Iexplorer, It wasn't Shockwave but the Flash Player that was damaged so I removed this and reinstalled it fine and now all works.
