freeserve broadband

keep getting timed out from Broadband which is supposed always to be on. Freeserve not too helpful, want me to ring their helpline? on screen help it recommends access Freeserve contents but cant get in to access. anyone had a similar problem?

There helplines are VERY helpful, i would phone 'em!

freeserve email help does just seem to be a redirection to the phone helpline, unless the problem is incredibly simple [by the time they've replied you'll probably have it sorted yourself anyway]
