Hi,

Can I watch Freesat on my PC using the existing DVB Freeview internal TV card?

I have the cable at the ready but one difference is the socket on the card which takes a normal push fit RF plug & not the screw in Satellite variety.

Cheers.

No unfortunatly you cant use a freeview DVB card to watch freesat.
You need a DVB-S card for freesat, there are a few available but if you want to watch Freesat HD channels it will be worth looking for a DVB-S2 card as the transmissions of HD channels on Freesat could be switched to S2 in the next year or so.
