Freecom Vista

I have tried to install the new drivers etc supplied by Freecom but they do not work. I have exchanged emails with the company and they have tried to help but so far unsuccesfully. To give the latest example the last advice received was:

DVB-T etc
wnload & unzip the drivers to a folder on your c drive
For the Total Media 3 software
Please go to : click here (in your web browser)
Enter as user = dvb
Password = 12345
Go for total media 3
& download the zip, this can take awhile
Also on the same site as above
Choose the uninstaller under the DVB heading
& download & unzip this(contains 5 uninstalls)
Go to device manager
Right click on the stick & choose uninstall
Put a tick on the uninstall drivers box
Disconnect the stick
Remove any software you have installed(eg total media or DVB-T player)
via the control panel
Then run all 5 of the uninstalls
Turn off the pc(not restart)
Boot the pc
Connect the stick
Direct windows to look in the folder you unziped the drivers to on your
c drive
Install the total media 3 software

This has not worked either and I await their further help.

I do not think they have resolved the issue with Vista yet but if anyone has been succesful I would be grateful for a step by step guide as I am sure Freecom would too.
