I'd add A Squared to that little lot and you should be absolutely fine.

Add CCleaner to your list click here

One of the most useful free tools available to keep temporary files etc under control.

oh... and

make sure you select your correct version of windows too

probably one of tne most IMPORTANT 'protection ' items? SAFE and sensible surfing ; stay away from porn sites, and resist p2p stuff ...enjoy being on line safely

and have we forgotten daily windows updates? and creating frequent known clean restore points?

Agree with gudgulf, CCleaner isn't technically security software, but it's a damned fine way of keeping temp files, cookies and other accumulating junk under control.

I'd say your list covers all bases, not sure I'd bother to add A Squared, but it should fit in with the others fine if you want it.

Allot also depends on what you do with your computer/internet (what sites you visit, what you download and from where). Keep automatic updates on and don’t open any suspicious emails. Your choices are just as important as any software you can install.

I use
Zone Alarm
Spybot - Search & Destroy
Ad-Ware SE

All are free and I rarely have any problems.

It is not just porn sites that are virus city I read a little while back that it is things like the sreensaver download sites that are being targetted.
