Found Apache webserver IP address whats it for?

Hi all, whilst checking out my passwords in Firefox I've noticed a site with the IP address of:

when I put this into Firefox it takes me to a website for Apache webservers.

In Firefox I have a username and password but cannot recall ever being on this site.

Anyone ever used this site before?

It must be for a website that you have visited in the past but which has moved.

thanks, VoG™, I only wish I knew what site it was. I usually keep passwords/user names etc seperate from my pc. But neither are on the list I have. Very Odd :-).
