Fosa Laptop.

I've got this laptop and it needs a new BIOS battery. I've never fiddled with a laptop before and am having difficulty finding the battery. Can anyone help?

I think you mean the CMOS Battery but anyway have you tied contacting Fosa click here

I`m sure if you e-mailed them they would give you a clue. The information should be in the manual if you have it. If not post back the exact model number and I`m sure someone will help.

Yes, the CMOS battery. It's a Fosa 280M 233MHz. I've taken most of it apart but can't find the battery. There's a lot of screws. There's a flap in the bottom of the case to get at the RAM and the BIOS chip is there also. How you get to the rest of that side of the MOBO, I'm not sure.
