It looks as though you are using some code that you have to follow instructions for which you have not quite followed correctly.

The following code at line 28:

<!-- List of required fields, seperated by a comma-->
<!-- If you do not wish to require any fields, leave value="" -->
<input type="hidden" name="require" value="Senders_Name,email ">

You need to change the last line shown here to read

<input type="hidden" name="require" value="Senders_Name,email,Message,Requirements"

If I were you I would also change the name= and value= all to lower case too although not necessary it is good practice and will .

Try this first if it will not work then let us know again !

Oh sorry didn’t see you other question

Simply copy all the code between <tr> </tr> paste it underneath where you took it from:

<tr>
<td width="70" valign="top"> <font face="verdana" size="2"> <b> E-mail:</b>
</font> </td>
<td> <input type="text" size="40" name="email"> </td>
</tr>

at the end of the second line of code above, you will see <b> E-mail: </b> this is the text that will appear on the screen, so change it to your new question such as Post code.

Now you simply need a new name to store the postcode data in, if you leave it as it is, it will overwrite the email address entered! So we need to look at second bottom line, look along near end and you will see name=”email” change the value in this to correspond to the type of data required, so in this case we enter post_code so now you should have

<tr>
<td width="70" valign="top"> <font face="verdana" size="2"> <b> Post Code:</b>
</font> </td>
<td> <input type="text" size="40" name="post_code"> </td>
</tr>

oh finally you have to enter this new value post_code as described in my previous post or you will not receive it!

I hope I have explained this clear enough.
