Well XP can go on Fat32, It will run Faster and Start Faster than NTFS but NTFS is more secure file system also if you do Video Editing you can create over 4Gb files a Limit to Fat32

i have an xp cd but when ive installed it in the past it always installs in NTFS how dow i change that ??

plus would u advice me to change it or install NTFS ?

If its NTFS then easy thing would be to use the same file system. Start with CD and you should choose

Format C: Fro Command Prompt

You have to set BIOS so CD drive is first boot Devise then second Hard Drive
