How do I increase the size of fonts for printing in Word above 72

  GroupFC 12:01 26 Aug 2005

As far as I know you just type in a value - I've just had a quick experiment by typing in various values in the hundreds and it seems to work!

As a guide .... 72 point = 1" 12 point = 1/10" and so on.

Rubbish! 12 point is 72/12 equals one sixth!

Sorry I did not make my question clear, I wish to print above 72 point size.
I know you have to press the > key but another key also but I have forgotten which one.

By the way, if you have Firefox or Thunderbird, you can increase or decrease font sizes by using Ctrl and + or -

As GroupFC stated input the size required.

If it is word 2003 on the too bar you will see the font and the size, click on size number and change it to the size required. Or click on Format\font click on size box and put in size required.

Useful - I never knew that!

It's because I'm a Ctrl freak...:-)

Didn't know that! ...... In the past CorelDrw has been my choice for really huge text, and you taught me something today.
