Font 'Palatino'

I'm looking for a freeware copy of this font - it features in some prayer books I have seen. I would like it for a Church project I'm involved in. Any ideas?

I think you will find that palatino is a commercial font, therefore you will have to pay for it to be able to download it.

I believe it's made by adobe, but search in google and you will find plenty of sites you can buy it from.

Unless I remember wrongly, Book Antiqua is practically identical to Palatino.

Book Antiqua, according to what I could find, has only four styles whearas palatino has eighteen.

As Pesala says, Palatino and Book Antigua are, (to my eyes), identical.

Of course you could get the old Acorn out of the attick (sp?) load up Impression and use Pembroke. This is exactly like Palatino and comes (came?) with Impression in the font bundle.

Sigh nostalgia etc...

I have Palatino as a freeware truetype font on a disk that I bought about 15 years ago. Send me an email and I'll attach it to the reply for you.
