Folder Privacy

I'm trying to make a folder private, but after right-clicking on it and going to Sharing and Security, I cannot tick the "Make this folder private" box, as it's greyed out.
I run XP.

Any ideas?

You have to have a password set on your profile (when you log on to Windows XP).

I do, though I log on as adminstrator which I know I'm not stictly supposed to do, but it's along story.

Apologies for the terrible grammar and spelling.
The keyboard is not my friend.

click here Download 7Zip, Zip the folder and password protect it.

You would have to put the folder in My Documents of the user with the password.

Then, you can check the box. Windows XP uses the fact that there is already a password set on the account and uses that to lock the folder.
